Windows 7 End of Life Support
"End of Life" means that the application, in this case Windows 7, is no longer supported because it has reached the end of its lifecycle. This means no technical support, no software updates and perhaps most important, no security updates. Your computer will still work, but it will most likely be more vulnerable to security risks and viruses. Microsoft is recommending that you upgrade to Windows 10, to avoid security risks and viruses. This is because with no new security updates available from them, to fend off vulnerabilities that are exploited by viruses and other malware, there is a much larger risk that malware can negatively impact your computer and your IT environment's security.
HHW Group can provide assistance in planning and executing a successful transition from Windows 7, which goes end of life in January of 2020. This includes support for:
- Windows 7 to Windows 10 application testing
- Windows 7 to Windows 10 image create and
- Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration services
